LYFT – THE PINKY SWEAR CAMPAIGN

Through a strategic collaboration with Lyft, we launched a targeted marketing campaign to engage the Professional driver segment. Recognizing them as integral small business partners, our goal was to dispel reservations and ensure their continued affiliation with Lyft, emphasizing transparent communications and tangible enhancements in key areas.

We executed a comprehensive launch communication strategy, incorporating an informative email sent to drivers to introduce them to the initiative, complemented by a dedicated landing page offering in-depth details. Subsequently, a series of follow-up emails were deployed, delving into three pivotal areas identified through Lyft’s research as crucial improvements for drivers, thereby informing them of the noteworthy enhancements Lyft was implementing. Post-launch, a visually engaging video was produced for display on digital screens in various Lyft locations, providing an additional layer of communication and visibility.
