LYFT – SHARED RIDE RELAUNCH
Lyft engaged us to drive a marketing initiative targeting both drivers and riders. Due to pandemic safety concerns, Lyft paused Shared Rides, but post-restrictions, usage didn’t fully rebound. We crafted a campaign to incentivize drivers to participate in Shared Rides, with the overarching goal of reclaiming market share. Fostering continued participation in Shared Rides to provide riders with an economical transportation alternative.

The implementation encompassed comprehensive pre-launch and launch communication strategies targeted at drivers and riders. The driver-focused communication emphasized the equivalence in value between Shared Rides and Standard rides, while rider-centric messaging highlighted the cost-effectiveness and safety of Shared Rides. This communication effort spanned various channels, encompassing meticulously designed emails and user journeys, blog posts, landing pages, and in-app communications.
